popular travel destination that is recently announced as New Seven Wonders
of the World. Take a cruise on a seven-masted ancient ship along Lake
Tai and visit Suzhou Water Village with 1200 years of history, followed
by Wuzhen, Zhouzhuang, and Tongli Town. Enjoy a spectacular experience
at the classical gardens of Suzhou. Cruise on West Lake in Hangzhou and
discover the beautiful scenery around the area. Visit the waterfront Bund

Today, our vacation begins
as our international flight takes us to Beijing, the capital of China.

Arrive at Beijing, we
are met by our tour guide and transferred to the local restaurant for
dinner. Overnight at hotel.

3. Beijing (B/L/D)
This morning, we visit
Tiananmen Square, one of the largest public squares in the world. The
Forbidden City was the former imperial palace for the Ming and Qing Emperors,
which commoners were forbidden to enter for over five centuries. It is
the world’s largest surviving palace complex that draws the attention
of millions of travelers and visitors from around the world. After lunch,
we visit the most noted and classical garden in China, the Summer Palace,
followed by the Temple of Heaven, an ancient sacrificial building where
Ming and Qing Emperors prayed annually for a good harvest. Tonight, enjoy
a Peking roast duck banquet, and attend a spectacular acrobatic performance.

4. Beijing (B/L/D)
Today, our sightseeing
tour begins with a visit to the Great Wall of China, which is recently
announced as one of the New Seven Wonders. With a history of more than
250 years, the Great Wall stretches approximately 7,300 km from east to
west of China. We then visit a huge Jade exhibition hall, followed by
the Ming Tombs, the world’s largest well-preserved mausoleum. At the site,
we can see the mausoleums of 13 emperors of the Ming Dynasty.

5. Beijing - Shanghai - Wuxi - Suzhou (B/L/D)
This morning, depart Beijing
to Shanghai, one of China’s most important cities by the twentieth century.
After lunch in Shanghai, we proceed to Wuxi. We take a cruise on a seven-masted
ancient ship along Lake Tai, followed by a visit to national-level scenic
areas including Turtle Head Islet Park and Pearl factory at Lake Tai.
Enjoy the famous Wuxi cuisine tonight. After dinner, we transfer to Suzhou.

6. Suzhou - Suzhou Old Street (Water Village) - Hangzhou (B/L/D)
Today, our Suzhou sightseeing
tour begins with a visit to one of the four most famous classical gardens
in China, Humble Administrator’s Garden, followed by Hanshan Temple. After
lunch, continue our visits to the old streets in Suzhou, a picturesque
town with almost 1,200 years in history. Also known as “Qi Li Shan Tang”
or “Bai Dike”, the town is a popular tourist famed for its canals, classical
gardens, and traditional houses. Proceed to Hangzhou for a visit at the
silk factory. Tonight, the famous Hangzhou beggar’s chicken and Suzhou
squirrel mandarin fish are served for dinner.

7. Hangzhou - Shanghai (B/L/D)
Take a scenic cruise and
enjoy the ten scenic sights of the beautiful West Lake. The Yue Fei Tomb
was built in memorial to the Southern Song Hero, Yue Fei. Stepping into
the tomb, you will find a magnificent gate tower and a tablet inscribed
with “Restore Our Lost Land” by Yue Fei. Proceed to Liuhe (Six Harmonies)
Pagoda, followed by a Longjing Tea Plantation for a tasting session. In
late afternoon, we travel to Shanghai to visit Yuyuan Garden, a famous
classical garden built during the Ming Dynasty. The garden had undergone
many changes in the 400 years of its existence and what we see today is
the result of a five-year restoration project that began in 1956. We then
visit the Cheng Huang Temple, which is also known as the Temple of the
Town Gods. Tonight, enjoy the regional cuisine of Shanghai including authentic
Shanghai dumplings. Experience the exciting Shanghai nightlife at Xian
Tin Di Bar Street.

The historic waterfront
Bund is famous for its spectacular view of the modern buildings across
the shore. The stunning modern Oriental Pearl TV Tower can be viewed on
the opposite side. Experience a bustling shopping area at Nanjing Road
before we depart for our homebound flight. (For choosing a stopover at
Hong Kong*, passenger can receive free ticket for a ride on the Maglev
